Dhoni- Is true representative of GEN-X ???

On the third day of test against New Zealand Indian team is in a commanding position and series is supposed to be finished on 2-0 in favor of India... Is it really because of Dhoni and his captaincy or is it because of the team combination we have .... Initially when Dhoni was given captaincy, we discussed in our car about his attitude and some of us including me thought he would not be able to take this team forward because of his attitude but he proved us wrong and I am happy that it happened...

Now the question in my mind is does he really represent our generation ..one with lots of zeal to perform to be the best, to reach the pinnacle whatever it takes, full of ideas, innovation, stylist, confident and most importantly having a believe that we can do it......

But the doubt comes in mind that will he be able to carry the success and still perform and deliver (like sachin did, I love his down to earth attitude) , will he be able to show the same enthusiasm as Dada (Lord's scene was awesome), will he be able to take everyone along as today.... In short will he be a sustainable success or just small time fizz.....

  2. but to say that dhoni represents genx would b wrong. he has qualities which many of would love to b associated with but there are other which he has nt shown date as told by ankur. infact to say that anyone person re[resents the whole generation wud b exaggeration if nt an outright lie

  3. I agree with kshitij's second comment that no one person can be called genX but at the same time, I believe Dhoni comes closest...the best thing is he has not controversies and no great stress. He's cool. And as an ad right says "It's item to move on!"...with a new attitude
